Magigoo PRO Metal is a high-quality adhesive that improves first-layer adhesion, designed for printing with BASF Ultrafuse® 316L. Magigoo PRO Metal is a safe and non-flammable adhesive that allows for easy and safe removal of green parts from the build platform. Additionally, Magigoo PRO Metal can be used during post-processing of parts printed with BASF Ultrafuse® 316L.

Due to the thermoplastic nature of the binder materials and temperature differences during cooling in FDM technology, prints made with BASF Ultrafuse® 316L can be susceptible to warping. Furthermore, printed parts are delicate and require careful removal from the build plate. Magigoo Metal ensures stable adhesion during printing and, once printing is complete, allows for easy model separation by immersion in water, minimizing the risk of damage to the finished part.
