Solution for large-scale production

The BCN3D Epsilon printer has one of the largest working surfaces on the market, with a printing area of 420 x 300 x 400 mm. The device allows you to print large objects using water-soluble supports or many small parts located on the entire worktable to obtain exactly the dimensions that were designed.

By combining a very large working surface with the technology of two independent heads (IDEX), which allows printing in mirror image mode or duplication, the BCN3D Epsilon 3D printer turns out to be an ideal tool for economical small-batch production.

Expansion of the BCN3D filament portfolio

Epsilon BCN3D has been designed to handle the most demanding prints thanks to features such as a fully closed and passively heated working chamber, where the temperature can reach up to 60ºC.

That is why BCN3D cooperates with renowned chemical companies BASF and Mitsubishi Chemical (MCPP) to constantly expand the portfolio of BCN3D filaments and ensure full support for the BCN3D Epsilon printer to work with them. Currently, the offer of BCN3D filaments includes the following materials: ABS, PP, PET-G, PA , PLA, TPU and BVOH.

BCN3D Epsilon - Hotend X

Many new industrial applications are also within reach thanks to the new print head Hotend X, made of a special alloy of tool steel. Combined with BCN3D Epsilon this gives you the ability to print on fiber-filled materials, allowing you to print stiffer parts designed to withstand the most demanding tasks. A good example of these technical materials are the new PP GF30 (30% glass fiber) and PAHT CF15 (15% carbon fiber), developed by BASF exclusively for BCN3D Epsilon .

BCN3D Epsilon - Safety first

It is important to ensure adequate safety when working with technical and abrasive materials. Epsilon BCN3D has unmatched safety features including a HEPA filter and carbon filter that prevent potentially harmful particles and fumes from being released into the air; ensuring safety for people around the printer.

You can also forget about manual device software updates: whenever the user wants to update the software, "Over The Air" (OTA) updates will ensure that the BCN3D 3D printer will always work with the updated software.

Intuitive touch panel

A responsive, multilingual 5-inch touch screen integrated with the front panel makes the operation of the BCN3D 3D printer easy and intuitive - you can simply select from the menu the options you need at a given moment, for example detailed information, such as the temperature of the build platform and the temperatures of the nozzles, provide current information about the work being performed and enable easy changes to the settings.

Extruders you can rely on

Similarly to the BCN3D Sigma and Sigmax printers, the BCN3D Epsilon relies on an efficient printing system using technologically advanced Dual Drive extruders from Bondtech and e3D™ hotends. As a result, the Epsilon BCN3D 3D printer offers a solid and reliable end result, regardless of the material used.

The built-in filament sensor intelligently detects the presence of material. To protect the print when the filament runs out, Epsilon BCN3D will automatically pause the printing process and display a warning message about the lack of material.

Epsilon BCN3D 3D printer is also compatible with a wide range of hotends (print heads): 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 i 1,0 mm; which increases its versatility of use, from printing small, delicate details to solid, large parts.
