The BioWOOD filament is made of a biopolymer, which consists of 100% natural and renewable resources that decompose in the natural environment. The filament material is approved for contact with food. However, it should be remembered that in the case of products that come into contact with food, the obligation of certification rests with the creator of the final product.

Due to its properties, BioWOOD is used for the production of decorative elements, musical instruments, toys and furniture. Finished prints can be painted and varnished and can be subjected to mechanical processing such as grinding, turning and drilling.
