The creation process

The xTool F1 Ultra is an easy-to-use device that allows for quick cutting and engraving of objects. The entire process involves four steps: design, placing the design on the prepared object using a camera, starting the engraving or cutting process by pressing a button, and finishing the job.

Dual laser

xTool F1 Ultra is equipped with a double laser - a fiber laser designed for engraving metals and a diode laser designed for engraving basic materials such as paper, wood, leather, MDF, stainless steel, acrylic, bamboo, fabric, dark glass, ceramics, marble and cement.

20W high-power laser

The xTool F1 Ultra has a 20W diode laser and a 20W fiber laser, which enable deep engraving and cutting of materials such as metal, wood and acrylic.

Cutting thin metal

The 20W fiber laser allows you to cut brass sheet up to 0.4 mm thick, stainless steel sheet up to 0.3 mm thick and aluminum sheet up to 0.2 mm thick.

Cutting wood 15mm and acrylic 12mm

The 20W diode laser allows you to cut wood up to 15 mm thick and acrylic up to 12 mm thick.

Colorful engraving

Both diode lasers and fiber lasers allow for quick color engraving on metal.

Auto Streamline™

The xTool F1 Ultra in the Conveyor Bundle or Deluxe Bundle versions is equipped with a conveyor belt feeder, which is ideal for high-volume production. Using the conveyor belt feeder increases the working area to 220 mm x 500 mm, significantly increasing efficiency and speeding up production.

Built-in camera

The xTool F1 Ultra features a built-in camera that simplifies the creation process. The built-in camera automatically recognizes the shape of materials placed on the conveyor belt, while the xTool Creative Space software helps you precisely engrave designs on each piece.

Speed ​​up to 10,000 mm/s

xTool F1 Ultra enables precise cutting and engraving at speeds up to 10,000 mm/s in materials such as paper, wood, leather, fabrics, ceramics, marble, metal, MDF, felt, acrylic.

Large work area

The xTool F1 Ultra has a large working area of ​​220 x 220 mm and 220 mm × 500 mm with a belt feeder, which is significantly larger than other fiber laser engravers.

Engraving on curved objects
