The printer is equipped with, among others, a sensor for the lack of filament flow, which prevents sudden interruption of the printout, and a sensor for measuring the filament mass, which allows to predict the quantity of material needed to print the prepared model.

ATMAT Saturn 3D printer is equipped with a heated work platform, which is a necessary requirement for printing large-size objects. The table is equipped with a four-zone heating system, which causes the entire table to be heated to the temperature set by the user. The device has a granite slab that acts as a work table with very good adhesive properties. In addition, the disc does not deform when printing even the largest models.

High performance printing system

The device has two heads that have been specially designed to allow large-scale printing. The first high-performance head uses two extruders whose filament mixing tank is connected. This allows high-speed printing and processing of up to 0.5 kg of material per hour. The second head acts as an auxiliary head. It has a single extruder, which is used to produce support structures or models requiring higher accuracy.

Intelligent control systems

ATMAT Saturn 3D printer has been equipped with intelligent control systems that allow the user to react quickly when problems occur during printing. The device has the function of resuming printing after power loss and the filament end sensor. This ensures stability and uninterrupted printing.

The heated chamber ensures a stable environment in the printer's working chamber. The constant temperature of the printed model means that there is no processing shrinkage, layer sticking or model detachment from the table.

The printer is equipped with a filament wardrobe that holds 3 spools of material, each up to 10 kg. This guarantees long-lasting and uninterrupted printing without having to change materials. The containers contain dehumidifiers, which limit their absorption of moisture from the air, which guarantees their invariable properties.

Met OHS requirements

To ensure safety, every effort has been made to ensure that the device meets all health and safety requirements. The printer has been equipped, among others, with a blockade of access to the printing chamber during printing, traffic lights that inform about the stages of the printer's work, specialized marking of hazardous elements and appropriate buttons enabling immediate stopping of the device's operation. These properties make the printer a professional industrial machine that allows printing in production halls.
