Omni3D Factory 2.0 NET is an industrial 3D printer working in FFF technology with a working area of 500 x 500 x 570 mm. The printer is equipped with a camera that allows remote 3D print preview and management of the printer farm through a dedicated website, which makes it easy to start printing or control its progress remotely.
The Factory 2.0 NET 3D printer has a fully automatic calibration that allows for quick, efficient and effective implementation of 3D prints. The printer is equipped with two heads with a system for changing the height of an inactive head and filament flow detection. Additionally, it is possible to replace the head with a high-temperature head up to 500 °C.
Extruder direct cooling system
The Omni3D Coooling System™ allows the extruder to be used in a heated chamber and provides better control over the dimensional precision of 3D printing. The system lowers the temperature inside the filament "path" by 40 - 60 °C, increasing the stiffness of the filament and prevents it from reaching the softening point, which gives greater control over the filament flow and increases the speed and stability of 3D printing.
Filament flow can be controlled
Omni3D FilamentFlowControl™ allows you to control the filament flow, ensuring precision and dimensional repeatability. The system is equipped with special encoders that count the amount of material fed by comparing it with the amount set in the .gcode file. If the values differ too much, the printer will inform the user about it.
Adjusting the temperature of the printout on its entire surface
The printer is equipped with a heated chamber and an air circulation system. Omni3D AirCirculation™ is a system that allows you to adjust the printing temperature, which is very important when printing 3D models lasting several hours with high quality and precision.
Automatic extruder height control system
Omni3D Head Leveling Control™ is an automatic extruder leveling system, which consists in direct measurement of the distance in the Z axis between the right and left extruder. The system enables automatic calibration of the nozzle distance from the table, automatic calibration of the height of the nozzles in relation to each other and going through the meshmapping process, which minimizes the impact of table unevenness on the printout.
Automatic platform leveling system
The Omni3D Platform Autoleveling System™ is an automatic screed leveling system. Automatic platform leveling in Omni3D printers is performed thanks to the system of 3 Z axis motors. The printer automatically and automatically carries out the measurements necessary for proper printing. The measurement is carried out by examining the height of the platform with the tip of the nozzle itself, which makes the leveling more precise and does not require additional measurements.

Omni3D Web Control™ enables remote viewing and management of the 3D printer. Connecting to the printer via the network enables easy temperature preparation of the 3D printer or uploading files without the need for physical contact with the device. The printer is equipped with a wide-angle camera that allows you to observe the progress of the 3D printing process and allows you to change the temperature without interrupting the printout.
ABS-42 is a standard filament characterized by durability, mechanical strength and ease of processing.

PET-G-32 is a filament characterized by low shrinkage and high accuracy. Perfect for the food industry and medicine.
HIPS-20 is a filament used to create supports for industrial printing of all materials except nylon. Due to the ease of burning, this material is also used in foundry for 3D printing of lost forms.
PA-6/66 HD is a material characterized by high strength, hardness, flexibility and elasticity. Due to its properties, it is used in the production of end products.
CF-PA-12 is a nylon mixed with carbon fiber, characterized by durability, high stiffness and tear strength. CF-PA-12 has low shrinkage and high thermal resistance.
PLA-36 is a biodegradable material characterized by high precision, ease of printing and excellent adhesion between the layers.
TPU-93A is a flexible material characterized by low processing shrinkage, high durability and good adhesion between the layers.
PVA is a water-soluble support material. Due to its properties, PVA is used to print supports in closed spaces. PVA works with materials such as PLA and PET-G.
ODS-20 is a support material soluble in a mild alkaline solution characterized by very good adhesion to models made of such materials as PEKK, CF-PA-12, ABS-42 and ASA-39.
GF30-PA6 is a nylon with an admixture of glass fibers, characterized by high stiffness and abrasion resistance. GF30-PA6 has low processing shrinkage and has good chemical and UV resistance.
ThermecZED (PPS) is a material characterized by exceptional chemical and thermal resistance at temperatures up to 200 ºC. This filament is flame retardant and has good mechanical properties.
