BCN3D Sigma D25 3D printer is the latest desktop 3D printer with a system of two independent extruders (IDEX), which enables high-resolution 3D printing - using multiple materials. The Sigma D25 uses the IDEX system which allows each of the two printheads to operate completely separate from each other. Two independent heads enable, among others, printing in duplication and mirroring modes, and their effect is a significant reduction in design and production time.
BCN3D Sigma D25 has a working area of 420 x 300 x 200mm, which is ideal for use with the IDEX system by printing even two models at the same time. The spacious working chamber allows you to place the filaments inside the printer, although it is also possible to mount additional handles on the housing, which will allow the use of 2 and 4 kg spools. The interior of the printer is lit with LED diodes, thanks to which we have a constant overview of the 3D printing process.
The duplication mode allows you to print two identical models using both heads, thus gaining double the efficiency. Thanks to this solution, it is possible to obtain twice the efficiency of standard printers with one head.
Mirror mode allows you to print two models simultaneously in a mirror image. This makes design and printing times much shorter.
The Sigma D25 3D printer allows you to print using auxiliary materials. This allows you to easily print difficult parts or objects with complex geometry.
The multi-material mode allows you to print functional parts by combining two different materials. It allows you to combine rigid and flexible materials and allows you to print objects from two colors.
BCN3D Sigma D25 3D printer allows for easy and wireless file transfer, which will allow trouble-free printer operation. The device has Over The Air (OTA) software, which means that you do not need to manually update the printer software.

The working area has been increased to 420 x 300 x 200 and the external dimensions to 690 x 530 x 750 mm. It is possible to remotely connect to the printer after connecting to the network and use the BCN3D Cloud.
The Sigma D25 3D printer has been equipped with an aluminum work plate and a silicone thermal pad that evenly distributes heat over the printing surface. The calibration process has been improved thanks to an optimized system that allows more accurate level adjustment.
The extruders have been moved to the back of the printer, reducing the distance from the head to prevent overheating problems. The temperature of the printer nozzle can be up to 300 ° C, and the bed temperature up to 80 ° C. The working ambient temperature is 15 °C - 30 °C.
The Sigma D25 gained reinforced X and Z axes. The X axis was strengthened by changing the material to stainless steel, and the Z axis by repeatedly changing its mechanical structure. The positioning accuracy of the X / Y / Z axis is 1.25μm / 1.25μm / 1μm.
