CORE One PP Powder coated Print Sheet was developed specifically for working with polypropylene filaments, including Prusament PP Carbon Fiber Black. Standard surfaces such as satin or textured often do not provide sufficient adhesion when printing with this type of material. That is why the PP build plate features a unique surface finish that significantly improves adhesion. Its lightly textured structure resembles a satin plate, making it ideal for printing large models by ensuring even bed adhesion and overall process stability. The build plate does not require additional protective layers or glue. Cleaning should be done exclusively with isopropyl alcohol. It is important to note that acetone must not be used, as it causes permanent surface damage and reduces adhesion properties.
