CORE One Satin Powder coated Print Sheet is a high-quality spring steel build plate with a dual-sided PEI powder coating. The satin surface has a subtle texture positioned between smooth and textured plates, offering excellent adhesion properties. It performs particularly well when printing with PLA and PETG, while also supporting many other materials such as ABS, ASA, FlexFill 98A, and polycarbonate. Polycarbonate prints better on the satin surface compared to smooth or textured ones. For frequent PC printing, applying a glue stick is recommended to prevent potential surface damage. The build plate is easy to maintain and in most cases does not require additional adhesives, even for materials with higher shrinkage. Cleaning with acetone must be avoided, as it causes degradation of the PEI layer and reduces the lifespan of the plate. Safer cleaning solutions, such as isopropyl alcohol, are recommended.
